Step 1

If you wish to insert the Microsoft graph, first, you need to use the mouse to open the Insert menu and then open the Picture sub menu. Next, you need to click the Chart command.

Now, enter the data in the Datasheet. But first you must delete the data in the Datasheet.

Now you could see that the chart is being inserted in the page.
